What’s the deal?
Expressgodo Referral Bonus Program is for Company Drivers & Owner-Operators, where anyone can refer a Driver and get awarded for it!
The Bonus payment is received if all the conditions are met:
- Drivers get the bonus (see below table) when the Referred Driver passes all recruitment stages including Orientation.
- 1st bonus payment received when the referred driver reaches 4 weeks of employment
- 2nd bonus payment is received when the Referred Driver completes another 4 weeks of employment
- Final bonus payment received when the Referred Driver completes another 4 weeks of employment
How much is the Bonus?

Important Notes
- There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make.
- Referrers are not eligible for rewards if the Referred Driver is hired (re-hired) at a later time or gets hired for another position.
- Referrers are not eligible for any rewards if the Referred Driver does not complete a full 4 calendar weeks of work.
